Seattle Staged to Sell had the privilege to stage a beautiful house nestled in the Sammamish area. The new construction transitional home is tucked in a quaint neighborhood surrounded by lush greenery, which inspired us to bring the outdoors in! While the home has a very classic look we were able to choose neutral colors for the furniture pieces with touches of blues, greens, and hints of yellow to make the inside of the house pop.
The house not only had gorgeous views outside to be inspired by, but also had wonderful finishes that helped our palette throughout the house. The kitchen had a stunning backsplash with a gray wave texture which allowed us to carry the gray color over to the fabric of the barstools, to the hints of gray in the grain of the wood in the dining room, and then over to the living room within the sofas.
The living room and dining room are a great example of how to use neutral colors to ground the furniture while adding in bursts of color through the art, pillows and decor. While the pillows on the sofa maintained our color palette, the art work gave us a little more vibrancy to the room by the pops of blues and green while adding a couple of complimentary colors to the mix.
This Staged model home was SOLD in just days with multiple offers. We know how important it is for our builder clients selling their buildings as fast as possible. We were happy that this builder was able to do just that.
