The Flora Farmhouse – A Modern Farmhouse new-build from Dwell Development that blew us away! Described as a “modern chic, energy-efficient” home that is 5-star Built Green and Net Zero ready. This home fit right into the Georgetown neighborhood in Seattle in which it was built.
Our designers were inspired by a few fun and edgy details in the home and the results of the staging were incredible. We were not surprised to find that after staging and listing, this home sold within days. Ready to tour this home beautiful home? Here we go!
The minute I saw the beautiful blush pink vanity in the powder bathroom I instantly was inspired and ran with the pink! This kept the flow of the color palette cohesive throughout the main floor. We made the design cheerful and fun while also adding in modern farmhouse elements. I added in black accents to compliment the lighting fixtures in both the dining room and kitchen as well as some blonde woods and golds. These four elements really made the design pop! – Dalana Caldwell
The interior of the home was thoughtfully designed. From solid Oak hardwood floors sustainably harvested and FSC certified to the polished concrete floors on the main level. In the kitchen, Bellmont cabinets with soft close hinges were paired with honed slab Carrara marble counter tops. Luxury statements can be found throughout the home, including custom shiplap accents in kitchen and powder room and hand-crafted floating shelves.
